I hate the single dating scene! Oh I feel so hopeless. Yes I am just starting out but damn! After lots of hurt I decide it is okay to put myself out there. The first person I was interested in sometimes made me feel like it was just a sex thing, other than that, he is a great person. Yet he goes from talking to me very often to…hardly ever… I wonder what did. The second is a really awesome guy that I have known for years, he has two kids(not really an issue)..but possibly a girlfriend. I have yet to confirm that. He flirts with me endlessly, not innocent flirting either. It seems like everyone I find attractive is taken. Is there a good single guy out there for me? Grr. I am sad, a bit frustrated too.
I need either a beer or a joint. Yeah…I’ve been watching 70′s Show too much and it (as Fez says) “gives me needs”…. lol
Haven’t posted in forever and then all I post is crap. Sorry! =(

I don’t have any useful advice, so I’ll just pass along what people tell me. Don’t give up there is someone for everyone.

funny…how we have about the same view on the dating scene. except mine isnt about guys. lol
i feel your frustration.
i cant wait for the weekend to be here so i can drown my thoughts in liquid spirits. at least it is legal. lol

Please don’t become ‘hopeless’ so early in this dating game. You wouldn’t want to rush into anything anyway. He IS out there…he just hasn’t found you yet. Don’t become discouraged..but on the other hand, don’t just sit home waiting for Mr Right to knock on your door.
1.Get out and about to places where there might be eligible young men.
2. Join a club or activity that you are sincerely interested in.
3. Tell friends that you are interested in dating and do they know anyone who could set you up in a blind date?
4. smile, smile, smile
5. Best way to get rid of the blues? Help someone else.. Volunteer or go somewhere that you could do this. It will make a world of difference!

PS a boyfriend/lover, etc, doesn’t change everything and make life magically wonderful. By changing ourselves and making us the best we can be..then we are more prepared when Mr Right comes along..

It’s been years since I had any hope in the dating scene. But you know my battles there.
I do hope you have a turn of good luck though. I think there’s a lot to like about you, I always have.
I am sure there is a great guy out there for you. Sometimes it just takes awhile to find the right person.
