Help! ...Please
Yup. I am here to beg xanga for a little help.
There is a chance we(business partners and I) might get a new client, but to get this new client we must prove we are capable of creating dvds and menus in other languages. We need to send in a demo disc to show off our work but I need to translate all the menus options to French and German first. I have tried the babelfish free app and a translator on google, but that just gives you the option to look up words or popular phrases, it does not translate "unique" sentences.
So...does anyone know where I could go for help, or...does anyone fluently speak either French or German and would be willing to translate a few (about 31) words or sentences(5 words or less)?? Please?

...You could message me or if you have msn/windows live messenger I am there....
If you know someone who might help could you rec?
Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Will do, I know one person who knows french but I don't feel comfortable giving peoples' names out.
@Paul_Partisan - Thank you! =)
freetranslation.com might be better
I took four years of spanish but sometimes i'm not great at sentence structure since it's so much different. (that's also the problem with translating sites most of the time) i could possibly be able to help, but probably not much =P
@JustPlainMorgie - Thanks I will try that! Sentence structure is my main problem too.
One of my friends on here knows some German, I believe, but I'm not sure how fluent she is... Rec'ed just in case!! Best of luck!
I cant make any promises - but I have a German minor. It has been a couple of years since I graduated, but I still remember a lot. Send me a message and I will give you my email address. I will either translate it for you - or let you know that I cant.
I'll rec this to help you out.
recing for you
Some community colleges have translation services in their language departments, as do university Schools of Business.
My monster-in-law is from Italy if you need anything translated into italian. I know a fellow xangan who speaks french, I'll email him.

I could not even make a proper English menu....but I will rec!
I'll recommend your post and see if that brings you any help.
@filtered_sunlight@momaroo - @Shining_Garnet - @DessertHer - @seedsower - @Donna7 - THANK YOU!! =D
@LilMisha - Thank you!!!!! I really appreciate that!
@HelloBreakdown - I've been using translator.paralink.com because it also gives a back translation, which is great. But I will try that for the ones I am still having issues with!
@cyberbear - That is a good idea! I don't know if our little jr college is open in that sense right now, I do not know if summer sessions have started yet, but I will check if I can't get it. Thanks!
Interpals.net for any language. Everyone's always willing to help.
ahhhh that sounds so hard! i wish i could help.
Would you consider putting out an ad for someone who is bi-lingual in the languages you seek as a possible partner in your endeavor? Be honest and tell them where you are with this. Some people may be looking for a "ground floor" opportunity.
@Crushpuppy - unfortunately if we get the work they will provide us with the translations for their menus. We just have to translate a project we did for another client to show our work and prove we are capable. Makes no sense, I know, but that is the industry.
