I was sad to see this on our own property. This is a shelter for the animals. We had bulls and calves. We used this area for various reasons. It was on the property when we moved here and we maintained it well. When the price of animals went up and the price of meat went down we stopped buying the animals so this became an abandoned area. At one point we had some renters with very destructive children. As you can see, it was not limited to their own belongings. I thought the picture held a sense of loss.

This is an old ash tray we have had for a while. It reminds me of my Uncle Al who passed (heart attack from chemo) a few years ago. He lived with us on and off for most of my life. I don't know if they found it here on the property or in the house when me moved here, or if it was purchased, but he was primarily the one who used it. I love him and I miss him.

Friday the 13th!! GASP! Hehe. Usually it is a good day for me. Which it is...in March I posted a rant blog about my computer...well late last night (early this morning) I finally fixed it! After months of ignoring the issues and hours or trying to fix my comp to no avail...I fixed it! Yay! Didn't even need to reformat like everyone told me I needed to! Super yay! lol It is back to running like the work horse it was built like. I am happy to be back on speaking terms with my puter. It has been a busy day so I didn't get out to picture taking until late. I walked around thinking well..Friday the 13th, bad luck day...lets look for something bad.

First I thought, cool! He looks neat and getting stung would totally be bad luck!!

Then I realized how close my face was to home, his home. LOL! There was a lot of em' walking around in there!

Another yay for a death defying day...! LOL

Random Picture! =)

All work and no play? Six projects, two finished, two that need a few tweaks and two I am just starting. I just wish I was getting paid a little more than what I am. Oh well. Well this is my computer set up. Once you go dual screen you never go back! I would love to invest in some monitors that are 1920X1080 resolution so I can work on High def projects easier! hehe

I had to blur out the cover art and work in process for copyright reasons.

I drew this picture about 6 or 7 years ago. My mom likes to take it out and show it off even though it is not 100% finished. I don't think it is great, it doesn't look anything like the pic I was trying to recreate (probably because I never perfected it. LOL). I can't draw like that anymore though, I've tried, I am really out of practice. lol. The pic is a bit bigger, but I zoomed in to avoid light glare from the plastic thing it is in.

All tuckered out! It wasn't 5 min after leaving Costco (our last errand) that he knocked out. Hardly stirred when I pulled him out of the car seat and laid him down. I love him. =)

I would have had this up a lot earlier if xanga wasn't being cranky.

Anyways, when my uncle was alive he built a lot of bird houses and put them up under trees around the property. I just zoomed into one of the holes. =) I thought it looked cool.
